The contractor will install sod behind the curb and the top layer of pavement on the road.
September 13 Update
The first layer of asphalt has been installed and the contractor delayed the restoration of the disturbed areas behind the curb to allow residents to install water services into their homes. The water services should be installed the week of September 16. It is expected that the contractor will be back on the site the following week to begin the restoration work, such as raise manholes and prep for completion of concrete work.
The contractor is planning to install the first layer of pavement for the roadway on August 19. Please do not park on the roadway and have all vehicles needed for the day out of your driveway by 7 am.
The contractor may begin the week of August 12 to start prepping the street and hauling in gravel to bring road up to grade for pavement.
Contractor plans on pouring curb and gutter the week of August 5.
Water service installation is scheduled to begin on Monday, July 22. Once installed, grading or leveling of the roadway will begin. Installation of aggregate base will follow. Please have all vehicles needed for the day out of your driveway by 7 am each day the week of July 22.
Beginning the week of July 8, the contractor will remove existing mailboxes, setup temporary mailboxes, and continue water main installation. Any vehicles needed by residents should be moved out of the driveways by 7:00 am.
Contractor is on site removing the road pavement, curb and gutter, and driveways. Installation of the water main is scheduled to start on July 1.

The project was awarded to Arnt Construction Company. The contractor is currently ordering materials and work is expected to start in July. Improvements include installation of 6-inch water main from Bucher Avenue into St. Albans Court, installation of water services to the property line of the eight properties along St. Albans Court, and replacement of roadway pavement and concrete curb and gutter. An informational newsletter with detailed information concerning the project will be mailed to the affected residents prior to the start of the construction work.
