|City partners offer many resources to
assist seniors living independently.
Care Crew services are provided as a volunteer based service for elderly, handicapped, disabled, unable, single parent families or income challenged from the north suburban communities in and near the Mounds View area. Services include home maintenance, general help, transportation and personal assistance.
Senior LinkAge Line
The Senior LinkAge Line gets seniors connected with the services they need, including housing, home health care, housekeeping, transportation, legal and financial assistance, and more.
Meals on Wheels
The Meals on Wheels program is available to eligible seniors and certified, disabled individuals (regardless of age) who are residents of Mounds View School District 621. Volunteers deliver hot, nutritious noon meals Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Senior Chore Service
Need assistance with household chores? Students ages 12-17 are available to assist with mowing, snow shoveling, housecleaning and other projects on a one-time, weekly or monthly basis. Rates are affordable and financial assistance is available to eligible seniors to offset the cost.
