No. We do not issue refunds for parties for any reason. We can switch the date of your party for no additional charge if you give us at least a 7-day notice.
When booking, you need to have a basic idea of how many people will be attending so we can help determine which size room you will need. You will buy wristbands the day of your event so you do not need to have a solid headcount of swimmers until you arrive.
Adults that do not plan on swimming do not need to buy a wristband. If they are going to be using the facility (swimming, working out, playing basketball, etc.), they will need to have a wristband. Please keep in mind that any child 6 or younger must have an adult with them in the water.
We need to take a full payment upfront for the reservation. We do not put reservations 'on hold'.
Each party room can accommodate up to 20 people per the fire code.
The wristbands are good for all day use of the facility during our business hours. You are welcome to come early or stay late to continue using the facility.
No. The time you have the room reserved for includes setup and cleanup time. If you would like extra time for your party, we recommend booking two time slots in a row.
You may hang decorations on the walls using blue painters tape or 3M Command Strips. Ceiling decorations are prohibited.
You can bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks if you rent a room. Otherwise, no outside food or beverages are permitted to be brought into our facility.
Monday - Friday, the meeting rooms are available 8 am - 9:30 pm.
Saturdays we have set times at 10 am - noon, 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm, 3 pm - 5 pm, and 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
Sundays we have set times at 11:30 am - 1:30 pm, 2 pm - 4 pm, and 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm.
