Join Roseville Sustainability Specialist to hear about Roseville’s “Green to Go” takeout container ordinance where food establishments are required to use containers that are reusable, compostable, or recyclable. Learn about how Green to Go started from a City Council member’s idea to an adopted ordinance, as well as an overview of implementation successes and challenges.
This event is part of the 2026 Environmental Speaker Series, presented by the Shoreview Environmental Quality Committee. The presentation will be held in the city council chambers starting at 7 pm and last approximately 45 minutes with additional time for questions. Each event will be replayed on channel 16.
