Project Bidding

Bid information for Engineering projects is posted on Shoreview's OneOffice website. Projects that require public bidding are posted in the Shoreview Press and ConneX MN.

Online Bidding
If online bidding is specified in the project's bidding documents, bids will only be accepted electronically. Contractors who register through ConneX MN may log into OneOffice to become registered plan holders. Registered plan holders will be automatically notified of changes to the project by email. Bidding documents are on file with the city engineer and may be seen at the city hall, public works department.

Preliminary bid results will be posted on OneOffice after bid opening.  The project bid abstract will be posted on OneOffice after the contract has been awarded.
