Why are you collecting my tax information? The Minnesota Departmentof Commerce requires all citiesto submit tax identificationinformation on a yearlybasis. The City of Shoreview has been non-compliant with this regulation because we did not have a secure way to store the information and did not want to risk a potential leak of sensitiveinformation. This year, we are able to collect the information in a safe and encrypted manner to both ensure citizens data remains protected and providethe State of Minnesota with the required information.

How do I provide this information without going through the link? Unfortunately at this time, the only way to ensure that the information is encrypted and stored safely is to use the onlineapplication. If you do not wish to fill it out on your own computer, you do have the ability to fill the information out at City Hall at 4600 Victoria Street North, Shoreview, MN 55126 on a City issued computer or iPad.

Is it secure?  SeamlessDocs is protected using SSL/TLS encryption to help protect data from interception and protects it from being read while it is in transit, and while it is stored, the data is encrypted using strong industry-standard methods which protects your information while it is in storage. SeamlessDocs also has undergone strict security audits and has achieved both SOC 2 certification and supports HIPAA compliance for their data storage capabilities.
