Residents can dispose of yard waste at no charge at Ramsey County yard waste sites with proof of Ramsey County residence.

This includes grass clippings, brush, leaves, and food scraps.

Food Scraps Pickup Program

About 20% of our trash is food scraps. By recycling your food scraps, you can help turn this material into soil, rather than waste. The Food Scraps Pickup Program is now available to all residents in Shoreview. It is a new way for residents of Ramsey and Washington counties to recycle food scraps from home for free.
