Residents can dispose of yard waste at no charge at Ramsey County yard waste sites with proof of Ramsey County residence.

This includes grass clippings, brush, leaves, and food scraps.

Food scraps

Rain Barrel & Compost Bin Sale: The Recycling Association of Minnesota partners with location governments, soil and watershed districts, nonprofits, and other organizations each spring to provide quality rain barrels and compost bins made from 100% recycled materials at low cost to Minnesota residents.
