First-time Home-buyers down payment assistance program
- Up to $25,000 in down-payment assistance based on buyers income, compared to Area Mean Income (AMI)
 
- Low interest, paid back in monthly payments for buyers with incomes below 120% AMI
 
- Zero-interest, up to $10,000, for buyers at or below 80% AMI
