The City of Shoreview works collaboratively with organizations in the area to assist and support families that are struggling with clutter and sanitation issues. If you or someone you know is struggling with hoarding disorder (HD), excessive clutter, or disorganization, staff may be able to assist in navigating the clean-out process.
