Ramsey County Elections administers elections for the city.

2026 elections

• Primary election - August 11, 2026
• General election - November 3, 2026

Early voting - general election

Absentee voting begins September 18. Residents can vote by absentee ballot by mail or in person at: 

• Ramsey County Elections - Plato Building, 90 Plato Blvd. W., Saint Paul, MN 55107
• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

Early voting is available October 16 - November 2. Early voting hours include the following:

October 16 - 23, October 26, October 28 - 30

  • Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm
• Ramsey County Library - Roseville & Shoreview
  • Monday - Friday, 10 am - 4 pm 
• Arlington Hills Community Center

• 9 am - 3 pm at all early voting locations listed above

Tuesday, October 27

• Ramsey County Elections - Plato Building: 8 am - 7 pm
• Ramsey County Library - Roseville & Shoreview: 10 am - 7 pm
• Arlington Hills Community Center: 10 am - 7 pm

Monday, November 2

• Ramsey County Elections - Plato Building: 8 am - 5 pm
• Ramsey County Library - Roseville & Shoreview: 10 am - 4 pm
• Arlington Hills Community Center: 10 am - 4 pm
