Project details
Metropolitan Council Environmental Services is rehabilitating their trunk sanitary sewer line in Snail Lake Regional Park, south of Gramsie Road. This trunk line is often under water, making maintenance difficult. The high water also increases the risk of lake water leaking into the sewer system.
This project will include moving their sewer line to higher ground, relocating a portion of the park trail and adding a cross country ski trail.
